On August 20, Bloomingdale's will be hosting their semi-annual Fashionable Fundraiser to support amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, and their mission to raise awareness and funds to find a cure for HIV/AIDS. Customers shopping in-store or online on August 20-21 will help support Bloomingdale's pledge to make a donation of $75,000 to amfAR.
"We are grateful to all of our friends at Bloomingdale's for their continued commitment to help us in our quest to make AIDS history," said amfAR Chairman Kenneth Cole.
While shopping at the nearest Bloomingdale's on Wednesday, August 20, individuals can cycle for a cure by pedaling for 1-3 minutes to help the store with Bloomingdale's nationwide virtual race to support the fight against AIDS. When they hop on a cycle, they'll receive a $10 bMoney card just for participating. Plus, they'll be entered to win a $1,000 Bloomingdale's gift card and two tickets to the amfAR Inspiration Gala or a Schwinn stationary spinning bike.
Along with the opportunity to give back while shopping, customers are invited to enjoy special offers and great savings, events, and earn triple points as a Loyallist member.
