Watch: Does He or Doesn't He? Dylan Efron's Shower Video Reveals the Answer

Dylan Efron demonstrated what he was talking about in a video that shows the "Traitors" star doing something fans wondered about: getting clean under a shower spray.
Efron "had some fans confused" after remarks about people's showering habits, Just Jared relayed. "I think people shower too much," the 33-year-old brother of actor Zac Efron told the host of "Are You Okay?" He added that his own hygiene habits focus more on swimming in chlorinated pools.
"When the show's host points out that you can't scrub yourself clean in a pool," People Magazine narrated in a writeup on the exchange, "Dylan replies, 'We don't need to soap our bodies every time we're in the shower, either. That's way too much!'"
The reality star may have a point: Medical research indicates that the products many people use on a daily basis might have a harmful effect on the skin biome, the microorganisms that co-exist with humans in a symbiotic relationship.
That was a nuance that some on social media seemingly missed, evidently jumping to the conclusion that Efron was advocating that people not bathe at all.
But that doesn't mean the travel influencer and rising reality star never washes off under a cleansing spray. The proof is in a video that went up on Instagram showing the lean, Speedo-clad hunk giving himself a rise at an outdoor shower.
Efron "posted the video to his Instagram Story, and it was caught before it expired," Just Jared noted.
He's also been a leading voice in cleaning things up at the Scottish castle where "The Traitors" is set.
"This season of the reality show – which challenges players to sniff out a group of secret saboteurs among the other cast members in an effort to win part of a $250,000 grand prize – features an all-star cast including Britney Spears' ex-husband Sam Asghari, [and] 'Selling Sunset's' Chrishell Stause," People noted.
"While Dylan has been known as Zac's cute younger brother by astute social media users for a number of years, he rose to fame on a national scale" on the show, the magazine explained.
