Adult entertainer Austin Wolf reportedly plans to enter a guilty plea this week to charges of possessing pornographic material depicting child exploitation, Instinct Magazine reported, detailing that Wolf will be subjected to a "plea hearing" on the morning of June 20 in New York.

Wolf's real name is Justin Heath Smith, Instinct Magazine noted. He was arrested in June of 2024 on charges of "possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material online," NBC News reported at the time, before adding that the adult performer allegedly "sent and received hundreds of videos containing depictions of child sexual abuse via the Telegram messaging app."

The performer "is well known in the world of LGBTQ adult film and has recently found a new level of fame through social media," NBC News detailed. "He has nearly a million followers on X and has gained a reputation on TikTok for collaborating with popular creators."

The gay porn star has remained in custody since his arrest, with his "preliminary hearing or indictment" having been delayed a number of times. He had the option of "reject[ing]... any of the government's motion[s] for a continuance, which would force them to either release him from prison or proceed with the indictment," Instinct noted, but given that he has accepted one delay after another, "you have to assume that their case against him is solid," the report said.

Wolf was involved in a scandal in 2018 when social media posts he made about a "mile high" sexual encounter he claimed to have with an off-duty Delta Airlines employee in a passenger plane lavatory led to an investigation.

As reported by EDGE shortly afterwards, when Wolf "accepted the Best Daddy Award at the Str8UpGayPorn Awards in Los Angeles," the adult entertainer "took down his Instagram account" and told the press "he wanted 'left alone' so he could 'get his life back on track.'"

Even so, EDGE noted, Wolf incorporated a Delta motto – "Keep climbing" – into his speech when accepting the award.

Instinct detailed that Wolf could receive "a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum sentence of 20 years" for the child exploitation charges he faces.
